Add option to turn off footnotes & cross-references so I can read the Bible as a book without distraction.

Some texts have no footnotes nor cross-references. In those cases can the option be removed or disabled?

This feature is now live. You can turn on/off footnotes and cross-references by selecting the the book with light bulb icon found under the display settings.
